- The blade is constructed of a single piece of steel, with a unique convex edge for unsurpassed performance.
- Perfectly balanced knives provide optimal control.
- The blade is made of the finest stainless steel called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), designed exclusively for GLOBAL®.
- Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56 - C58 degrees which holds the razor-sharp edge of the blade longer than any other steel.
- Ergonomic, stainless steel hygienic handles with signature dimple pattern offer a comfortable, slip-resistant grip.
Warranty
GLOBAL guarantees any stainless steel product that it sells to be free from defect in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following the care instructions.
This excludes damage caused by misuse or accident. The warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser. Chips in the knife blades, broken knife tips, dis-coloration from food and rust spots are not covered. Knife chips and broken knife tips can often be repaired by re-sharpening.

My wife is a food professional and has had a large collection of Global knives for decades. Our son is a Sous Chef and we have started him a Global knife collection this past Christmas. His first words when he used them was, "WOW!". He has been using German produced knives for a while, he is now a Global enthusiast. Easy to maintain sharpness, durable, ergonomical for hours of crisp smooth cuts.

I've loved Global knives for years! This is the first 7-inch chef knife I've had, and I really like the size. The handle on the pairing knife is different from my older knife--and it's great. Love these knives!

2nd TIME SENT - PLEASE RESPOND- thanks Given to my husband for Father’s Day based on Antony recommendation on Queer Eye. Shortly after him using unbeknownst to me the paring knife started rusting. He always takes very good care of his knives. Hand washing and drying. Disappointed in the paring knife. 2nd TIME SENT- PLEASE REPOND.

I owned a kitchen store years ago. I sold a variety of knives including Wusthof, Henckels, and F. Dick. The Global knives I have recently purchased have become my favorite. This is the second time I have ordered and when my retirement budget allows, I will purchase more. They are wonderful! They have a nice balanced weight to them, extremely sharp blades and make cooking a breeze. I am very happy with them.
